The Case of Messrs. Brailsford and others versus James Spalding, in the Circuit Court for the district of Georgia, was argued on Friday the 27th day of April, 1792, and the court delivered their opinions, with their reasons, as within, on Wednesday the 2d of May. : Also, Douglass versus the executors of Stirk, argued the 28th of April, and decided on the 2d of May.
