Benefits for survivors of military personnel : hearing before the Subcommittee on Manpower and Personnel of the Committee on Armed Services, United States Senate, Ninety-fifth Congress, second session on S. 520, to amend Title 10 of the United States Code to authorize cost-of-living adjustments of annuities under the retired serviceman's family protection plan and to provide that remarriage of a spouse at or after age sixty shall not result in termination of annuity : S. 623, to amend Title, 10, United States Code, to make certain changes in the retired serviceman's family protection plan and the survivor benefit plan as authorized by chapter 73 of that title, and for other purposes : S. 724, to provide for the payment of survivor annuities to widows of certain members of the uniformed services who died before the effective date of the survivor benefit plan : S. 1996, to amend section 1448 of Title 1, United States Code, to provide survivor benefits in case of death of certain members or former members of the armed forces who die before becoming entitled to retired pay for non-regular service, and for other purposes : S. 2856, to amend the survivor benefit plan provided for under chapter 73 of Title 10, United States Code, to ,permit members and former members of the -uniformed services who have completed the number of years of service required for eligibility for retired pay under chapter 67 of such title but who have not, because of age, become entitled to retired pay to participate in such plan, to make the dependents of such members and former members who die before becoming entitled to such retired pay eligible for certain medical and dental benefits under chapter 55 of such title, and for other purposes : H.R. 3702, to amend Title 10, United States Code, to make certain changes in the retired serviceman's family protection plan and the survivor benefit plan as authorized by chapter 73 of that title, and for other purposes : H.R. 11797, to amend Title 10, United States Code, to grant survivors of reserves who retire for non-regular service and die before becoming entitled to retired pay eligibility for certain survivor benefits, August 17, 1978.
