Survivor annuities : hearings before the Subcommittee on Retirement, Insurance, and Health Benefits of the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service, House of Representatives, Ninety-first Congress, second session on H.R. 3661 and related bills, a bill to amend chapter 83, Title 5, United States Code, to eliminate the reduction in annuities of employees or members who elected reduced annuities in order to provide a survivor annuity if predeceased by the person named as survivor and permit a retired employee or member to designate a new spouse as survivor if predeceased by the person named as survivor at the time of retirement, June 10, August 4, 1970.
