North-Carolina. George the Third, by the grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, defender of the faith, &c. : To the sheriff of [blank] Greeting. We command you that of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements, of [blank] (in your bailiwick) you cause to be made [blank] which lately in our Inferior Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, at [blank] recovered against [blank] for debt, and also [blank] which by the justices of our said court was taxed and adjudged to the said [blank] as well for [blank] damages, by reason of the detention of [blank] said debt, as for [blank] costs and charges, by [blank] in [blank] suit in that behalf expended, whereof the said [blank] convicted, and liable, as to us appears of record, besides your own fees for this service; so that you have the same monies before our said court at [blank] aforesaid, on the [blank] day of [blank] next; to render to the said [blank] debt and damages, costs and charges aforesaid.
