Mikhail Glinka

Mikhail Ivanovich Glinka (.}}|Mikhail Ivanovich Glinka .}}|mʲɪxɐˈil ɨˈvanəvʲɪdʑ ˈɡlʲinkə|Ru-Mikhail-Ivanovich-Glinka.ogg}}; ) was the first Russian composer to gain wide recognition within his own country and is often regarded as the fountainhead of Russian classical music.
