Kate Boutilier

Kate Boutilier (born August 2, 1966) is an American screenwriter whose credits include the animated television series ''Rugrats'', ''The Wild Thornberrys'', ''Holly Hobbie & Friends'', and ''All Grown Up!'', and the feature films ''The Wild Thornberrys Movie'', ''Rugrats Go Wild'', and ''Rugrats in Paris''.
