Vince Bell

Vince Bell (born September 16, 1951) is a Texas singer-songwriter who has appeared on the PBS television program ''Austin City Limits'' along with NPR broadcasts such as ''Mountain Stage'', ''World Cafe'' and ''Morning Edition''.
